SHIPPING

Which countries do you deliver to?

At the moment, we deliver to Canada and the United States. However, we are hopeful that, in the not-to-distant future, we will be able to deliver to 80 more countries . We will keep you posted.

How long does it take to receive my shipment?

For U.S. shipments, the times range anywhere from 2-6 days, and for Canada, 3-20 (standard shipping).

RETURNS

We offer 14 days for returns following date of receipt. The product in question should be returned to the address noted in our Return Policy (see link below) and NOT to the manufacturer.

CHANGING/CANCELLING AN ORDER

Which cards for forms of payment do you accept?

Are debit cards accepted?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, AMEX debit cards within Canada and the United States. We also accept within the U.S.A., JCB, Discover and Diners Club debit cards.
